Editing for Business is an extension of Cambridge Language Consultants (CLC), a company that specialises in providing services pertaining to English language and consulting regarding the clear, logical expression of ideas. CLC originally incorporated in Cambridge, England in 1993 as Cambridge ESP Consultants, with a view to serving large corporations and banks. At that time, the company's area of operation was mainly South Korea. In 1999, the company changed its name to Cambridge Language Consultants and introduced a modified set of services. Now, CLC's clients are individuals in the academic and corporate environments who require specialised, high-quality, and reliable services in editing and consulting regarding the logical expression of ideas.
CLC is now a truly international organisation. We provide a worldwide proofreading and editing service, with experienced editors drawn from a number of English-speaking countries.
Editing for Business applies the basic concept of CLC to documents in business management, finance, and accounting.
